It was a sunny day and I was at my beach house. I walked into the kitchen and my mom was there.
“I will take a swim in the ocean,” I said.
“OK, honey, be careful,” she said.
“OK, mom, I will,” I replied.
So, I ran out the back door to the beach and hopped into the water. I dived underwater and saw some cool stuff such as coral, starfish, fish, and jellyfish. It was so awesome! I was starting to run out of breath. So, I returned to the surface to get air.
When I got up, I looked around. I saw something glowing in the water and swam to the glowing in the water. When I got closer, I saw goggles. I picked them up and looked at them. Then, I put on the foggy goggles. The fog went away when I wondered if I could breath underwater. It worked!
“Hello,” I said, trying to speak. “Wow, I can talk and breathe underwater with these goggles.”
The fish were swimming towards me. They started to talk. I could understand the fish too.
“I can talk to animals?!” I asked to myself in excitement. “This is awesome!”
I swam with the fish and talked to the fish. I swam for one hour. My arms were tired. I got to shore and took my goggles off. When I took them off, they had a label on them. I saw a name on the goggles and they belonged to my neighbors. So, I walked to the neighbor’s beach house. I knocked on the door and a teenager opened the door.
“I found them on the beach,” I said.
“Ah, yes,” he said. “They are my goggles. I have been looking for them.”
I handed the goggles to him.
“Thanks for finding them,” he said.
“No problem,” I replied.
He turned around and closed the door.
