Toast
I am toast talking toast nobody likes me because I'm at the end
people say look who woke up on the wrong
side of the bread
I don't reply
I just moan
why me, why me

A Mix Up Poem
Sometimes my sister mixes me up,
“Help me get dressed. Don’t
help me get dressed,”
That mixes me up.
Sometimes my mom mixes me up,
“Clean your room. Don’t clean your room,”
That mixes me up.
Sometimes my dad mixes me up.
“Go get my cell phone. Come here. Never mind.”
That mixes me up.
Sometimes my friends mix me up.
“You can use this. You can’t use that.”
That mixes me up.
I’m all mixed up!

Haiku
Cherry blossoms fall,
One has come to rest on me,
Prettiest of all.
Crossing the arched bridge,
Pausing to contemplate life,
I watch the koi fish.
Through moon gate I peek,
Watching the garden flourish,
My grand mother’s pride.
Green rice flourishes,
The water buffalos plow,
Harvest is to come.

Baby, Your Little Star
When
you hold a star,
You
feel an urge to speak,
When
you hold a baby,
Your
heart is full of joy and love,
When
you put them together…
You
feel like you could;
!!!!!!DANCE!!!!!!
When
you have,
LOVE
in your HEART,
JOY
in your MIND,
And
URGE to SPEAK;
IT
IS THE
BEST
FEELING
OF
ALL

Valentine’s Day
Let’s begin, let’s start,
Let’s try to draw a heart.
Big and round,
Safe and sound.
Curved at the top,
Let’s not stop.
Candy hearts, sweet tarts,
Where should I start?
I love them all,
I had a ball.
