Do you want to do a sport? Dance is the one. You can move your body. When you start to dance, you can’t stop. Dance helps you grow muscle and become strong. Moving your body makes your heart pump, and makes your body healthy. People say dancing is not a sport, but I’m telling you, it is!!! Like baseball or swimming you move your body. Dance is a sport you can do to have fun! Dance is a great way to move your body and get your heart pumping.
When you start dancing, just remember to always have fun and do your best. Dance is a great way to have fun. Some great exercise moves include spinning, cartwheeling, hand standing, back flipping and many more. If I love dance, then you’re going to love it too!

If you smile that means you are enjoying what you are doing and that is healthy! If you are ever in a bad mood, dancing is the way to make you smile again. Hi, do you have something to do? Because I got one, dance! Dance has jazz, tap, and hip hop, ballet and music chairs. Hip hop is my favorite. You can pop it! I won’t sit all day. “NO THANKS!” I want to dance. You can do jazz and make it look jazzy. Jazz is the best way to dance, and tap is the most fun dance ever, and ballet is a very quiet and peaceful dance. To back this up is AARP. Well if you do, then you should read this article because it's full of facts like: dance class strengthens your muscles. Dance classes strengthen your core by having to be able to breathe from your core, and you have to have a strong back and you have a strong core. “My core feels so strong after dancing,” cheered Anki. I love how dance classes strengthen your arms and don’t let arms bend a flop or being able to move your arms in different directions. “ I love all the different arms in this dance,” explained Briana. Dance classes strengthen your legs by jumping around all the time. Also havnig to keep your legs strong and straight. “ My legs are so straight and strong, I LOVE IT.” Cheered Summer.
Did you know that dance classes strengthen your brain? You have to hear the beat of the music. On the website AARP, they say this, “Did you know that teachers are taught that regular physical activity in general can help keep your body including your brain, healthy as you age.”

Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump there’s that beat. I LOVE IT! Memorizing steps is the best thing you can do. Here’s why, cause you have to know what you’re doing to be in the dance. So when you learn the move, you have to be able to remember the move, and not forget the move.

Spatial awareness is the big thing of dance classes by how you have to have your own space or you will bump into someone next to you.” Ouch, that’s the sound bumping into you. That happens to me” sighed Vicky. You have to be serious when you dance or you won’t feel good, or look good. You have to be serious or just don’t dance.
